How to Purchase

• Buyers within Australia may pay via PayPal (including credit cards), direct deposit (please contact us for our account details), money order, bank cheque or personal cheque (made payable to: Atherton Birds of Prey).
• Orders will be dispatched once the payment is processed.
• All prices are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive.
  

Delivery and Freight

• Once your order is received and the payment is processed, your order will be dispatched promptly.
  

• All parcels are sent by regular Australia Post mail unless otherwise requested.
• Registered post is available at an additional cost of $2.70 per parcel.
• Deliveries within Australia take 3-7 business days from date of dispatch.
  

       International orders

• If you are outside Australia and wish to place an order, please contact us. Once we have your delivery details and order information, we will email you an invoice via PayPal.
• Please note: items sent overseas could incur customs charges on delivery. Atherton Birds of Prey cannot be held responsible for these charges. Customers should make enquiries with their local authorities to find out about any such charges which may apply.
  
  

• At Atherton Birds of Prey we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied.
• We have a 14 day refund policy for damaged or faulty products.
• Upon the return of the faulty product, we will provide you with either a refund or replacement and reimburse you for the return freight of the item.
• We retain the right to decide if a product is faulty or has been misused.
